Loan Depot wasnt who I was going to go with at the first, but when our closing date was delayed the first time we were facing rate lock extension penalties. They followed up with us. When they heard of our problem they offered a better loan deal(lower interest and origination fees). This was only possible because my loan officer kept an eye on the interest rates and helped us act fast enough to secure a better rate.
