They ended up paying for 2 different Home Owners Insurances, even though I had verified with my new HOI that they sent a letter to them 2 months before the Insurance change. Yet, they still paid the original HOI, because the processing department didn't report the change till afterwards. Fine, no biggie, the first HOI was $833, I have since sent $900 (which is basically the more than the check from the first HOI) in addition to my regular escrow payments.
