From the very beginning I explain I didnt want to apply for another line of equity loan!!(I was burned out from all the back and forth lying and Loan companys depleting my credit scores/ with all the inquiries) The Loan Depot representative assured me that based on the equity I had in my home; I would definitely qualified for cash Out based on my Home Equity.
