This company originated a loan when just making an inquiry. They sent me documents to sign for cash out home equity loan. I am so angry that these companies can use this tactic to prey on unsuspecting customers. The customer service though helpful tried to defend the loan originators actions.

They do not respond! Numerous calls, text, and still no response. They have taken over $500 from ** and will not call you back. They say ************* is important to them and this is FALSE! They do not CARE! **************** is bad. They start with *********************** to sell you on working with them. He gets your information, then they reach out to your employer and *********************** sends a letter to employer telling them you will not be approved for a loan.
