They were friendly and professional, returned our calls within 24 hours of leaving a message. Communication was quick and accurate and when they needed information they called and left messages with exactly what they needed. Great communication and great service so far!

I had a positive experience. The loan agent was very helpful helping me upload the information he needed, however the medical part of it was a total failure. The paramed did not show up for the exam after confirming the appointment. After fasting for the blood work for a 10 am appointment I finally had to eat at 11:15 because my blood sugar had dropped from 90 to 66.
They were informative, took PLENTY of time initially to explain the benefits of financing through them. I had lots of questions that were carefully answered. The process was simple compared to other mortgage companies I have used. The were quick to contact me and follow up when needed. ********************* and *********************** were great communications and got this done quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
