*********************** did a great job explaining everything and working with us to find out what loan type worked best for our home purchase. We did he issues with figuring our what documents they wanted an some documents had to be submitted multiple times, however it all worked out. **** was always a email or phone call away to answer any issues nearly instantly.

I was very satisfied with their service. The loan agent was pleasant to work with, he was very thorough and competent. The whole process went very smooth.The only thing that I was dissatisfied with was they didn't do a final balance check on my revolving credit cards and revise the payoff amount. I now have credits on many of the credit cards that I really was hoping to stop using. Now I have another step before I can put all this behind me.
