They are not working in your best interest. They did not deliver as they said they would. We didnt end up with the cash back in our pocket after we refinanced our home like they said we would. We used these people to refinance our house because we bought our house with loan depot and had a fabulous experience. But our experience refinancing with a different branch of their office was completely horrible. We will never use this branch.

This was the 2 time I had use you and I like use company..no problem at all.
I thought the agent was listening to me when I told him that I would not qualify for a mortgage loan at this time. I knew what my scores were. I understood him as offering some advice instead of him being deceptive.
