Working with Loan Depot is proving to be and has proven in the past to be a very pleasant experience. If I could give negative stars I would.... They are scammers and they'll pre approved you and it's a mess from there. They'll get you to closing just to deny you. ************* is the worst and he'll text you off random numbers threatening you calling you scammers. Extremely un professional do not recommend.

They are not working in your best interest. They did not deliver as they said they would. We didnt end up with the cash back in our pocket after we refinanced our home like they said we would. We used these people to refinance our house because we bought our house with loan depot and had a fabulous experience. But our experience refinancing with a different branch of their office was completely horrible. We will never use this branch.
