The Loan Depot had great customer service and very knowledgable representatives. They made the process seemless and easy to understand. I felt very comfortable entrusting them with this process.

I have purchased over a dozen homes in my lifetime, and this was by far the easiest to complete and the fastest. But what stood out for me was the compassion of the people I dealt with. Other bankers can be knowledgeable, but not responsive or caring. LoanDepot was both compassionate and caring. And let me add whenever I had a question. It was answered either by email or phone with in 30 minutes..

Amazing and very professional services by both Rachel and Ashely ! They are definitely an amazing duo and made this process as streamlined as possible. If we are on the market again to purchase a new home we will definitely do it with LoanDepot!
I felt like I was duped at the last minute. I'm not sure why the salesman was able to promise $19K cash-out refinance, only for the underwriter liaison to come back with an offer of only $6K. This was after I had signed the agreement to work with them. The process was smooth, other than that huge hiccup. I would not work with Loan Depot again.
They are not out for your best interest. Beware!!!! And if you have a problem afterwards they will not help you. Do not use this company. SCAM artist!

I liken this company to a snakeoil salesman. Full of promises but no delivery. They are unprofessional and under trained. You'll end up wasting your time with these simpletons.

Everything about the process was professional & expedient. Fast closing. Only issue I had with them was I had "locked in" a rate of *****% and when I received my closing documents, the rate had jumped to ****% and I was not notified of the change prior to signing the documents. Reminds me of the "bait and switch" schemes used by retail businesses. They need to do a better job of communicating this type of important information prior to document signing.
