Very helpful. Could have had a bit more communication the closer to closing. I did have to put my foot down when they sent me the closing disclosure and it did not include the amount for seller credits. They assured me it was "in the system" but when I refused to sign until it was redone, they obliged and got the corrected documents to me. As a first time home buyer, I have nothing to compare this to but they responded quickly whenever I called or emailed them.
I think they did a good job. And they went above and beyond what they were required to do. I will use them again.
