They got things done, but it was very sloppy. There has been major mistakes on calculating overall closing fee that I had to go back-and-forth for correction, and also mistakes on the amount of the escrow which made everyone confused, including the closing attorney and Loandepot themselves. Great process from beginning to end. I was doing a refinance on an investment property which is a little more difficult but they made it flow seamlessly. Notary came to our house and brought the closing paperwork to sign and in less than a week my old loan was paid out, I received the excess funds in my checking account too. Couldn't have asked for a better mortgage company to deal with. ***************** were great!!!!
