Great process from beginning to end. I was doing a refinance on an investment property which is a little more difficult but they made it flow seamlessly. Notary came to our house and brought the closing paperwork to sign and in less than a week my old loan was paid out, I received the excess funds in my checking account too. Couldn't have asked for a better mortgage company to deal with. ***************** were great!!!!

Well...I got duped into thinking this company was great. I someone got called by them. Most likely my information was sold to them as I asked my original loan company for a refinance quote. I thought they were related. Silly me. The process was simple enough, but the moment I signed, they sold my information and I've been getting about 40 emails a day about nonsense.
