Loan Depot made a promise to me that they would cover or credit the ****** appraisal fee and for a month and 8 days I asked why the appraisal fee/or no ****** credit was not showing on my loan estimate or closing disclosures. Horrible service and they treat you like they are in car sales. Talk everything up and make big promises, pull credit twice for no reason. Then can't do the loan.

The company needs better service. The customer service reps promises you that they can help you even you tell them the credit situation. Then they want credit checks which of course will lower your score more. We already have the property financed with them, then they tell you, we cannot do it. Sorry.

I would like to give a Big Thank You to my Senior Account Manager and my Licensed Lending Officer, both of them were Awesome in helping me get out of my current Conventional Loan and back to my VA Loan. They saved me a Ton of money. The Loan Process was great , you submit all your paperwork to the Portal and I never stepped inside a Bank so it was real convenient.
