Loan Depot made a promise to me that they would cover or credit the ****** appraisal fee and for a month and 8 days I asked why the appraisal fee/or no ****** credit was not showing on my loan estimate or closing disclosures. And a manger named ****** from loan depot finally on contacted me on March 8,2023 at 4:43 pm. Horrible service and they treat you like they are in car sales. Talk everything up and make big promises, pull credit twice for no reason. Then can't do the loan.

The company needs better service. The customer service reps promises you that they can help you even you tell them the credit situation. Then they want credit checks which of course will lower your score more. We already have the property financed with them, then they tell you, we cannot do it. Sorry.
