Worst buying experience possible. Multiple things changed in the last couple days before closing. Poor communication between the various departments.

Excellent. I was able to get a better rate somehow than the market rate and I closed in less than 30 days. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to work with clients. Callbacks were timely, explanations were clear and concise. It was easier than buying a car.
