Bad company experience. Had a pre approval with a loan officer ******* when she left the company I was unaware and when she left so did my approval. I called and talk with alot of people about my approval not one person was knowledgeable about any of her approvals. So now im being told I had to get reapplied and get re preapproved with someone else and I had to all start over again just so my rates would change I was already approved at 4.9 and now since I have to start over I'm getting the new rate of 6.8 not only that was ... read more

I am currently in the process of refinancing my home mortgage. LoanDepot is my "go to" loan mortgage company I have used for several years. I have always received excellent service throughout the process. My current loan agent is the best. She is knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and thorough.

Excellent. I was able to get a better rate somehow than the market rate and I closed in less than 30 days. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and willing to work with clients. Callbacks were timely, explanations were clear and concise. It was easier than buying a car.

The entire process was so fast and easy in the way that they solve to complete paperwork and different situations in a professional and friendly manner.
