We had a great experience! *********************** and ***************************** were so helpful. They kept us up to date and answered every question we had.
This place is terrible. My husband took a loan out for a home a little over a year ago. He had paid all payments online and they took his ability away to do so. He sent in money orders and they denied them and mailed them back. He is now in the beginning of a foreclosure after he had originally filed hardship papers with them. A month went by and he didn't hear from them about it so he called and they said they couldn't see all the documents. When he asked why they didn't contact him they said they didn't know how to. This company will string you along telling you YES! We can get you a loan! Absolutely! Your info looks great and we can work with that. They strung me along for 5 mths constantly telling me everythings looking good and taking my money for appraisals etc for NOTHING! This company is a big rip off and theyre liars. They wont even call to tell you youre declined , you have to track them down to find out. Run from this company.
The process with Loan Depot for first time takes time; they are very detailed and organized, but once the trust is established, the process is fast. I've enjoyed corresponding with the company staff, and I've been through the process several times now. It is a daunting process these days, and the risk is high for the lenders.
