Was all the way at the end had my loan locked in appraisal done everything then they said my loan was denied because I missed august mortgage payment I called my mortgage company they said it was current and it hadnt even been updated on credit report yet so not sure where they got that information from, went to RP funding no issue. They denied it because I had **** interest rate and now rates are 6.5 they knew they would lose money. Pushy sales tactics and constantly getting things wrong. Will never recommend them to anyone... read more

Worst loan I ever made.... To much to tell and I can only blame myself for being led into this transaction. In many ways I am in worse shape then when I started. Dont take the agents at their word. Seems they will say anything to get you to sign but fall way short of meeting what they said.

i was told i was going to get the loan and spoke to 2 or 3 different people within their organization. The day my appraisal is set some man, I have never spoke with or had any contact, from loandepot calls and says because your student loans have not fallen off your credit bureau we can not fund you. He added to feel free to reapply when the students fall off my bureau (funny thats supposed to be within the next 30 days). i told him I thought it was really unprofessional that someone i had no previous contact with calls to t... read more

They offered a product that was a possibility for me. I looked into some options but eventually told the person I was working with that I decided to go a different direction. I now have my home owners insurance and current mortgage lender that they've been notified by loanDepot that its supposed to change to them. I've now left messages trying to get a hold of them telling them to stop.
