I have financed and refinanced homes multiple times over the years and have NEVER had the issues I am having with loanDepot. We chose them because of the low interest rate but it is not worth the hassle we have had with their customer "service" and lack of competent people working there.The deed that they recorded with our mortgage information included a vacant property that we own and did not mortgage. The copy of mortage lists only the improved property. SCAMMERS
