I was told to use ***************** from loan depot, he was just an imbecile his texts were all messed up he jumbled around and never communicated directly we actually thought he was drunk, I ended losing the home the seller ended up taking another offer because it took **** four months to try and get organized besides lying to me saying hed return my appraisal fee if this didnt happen and it didnt and now hes running away knowing he owes me my money back , dont use loan depot theyll have wondering what tasks they may need n... read more

I'm very upset with the way I have been treated. First I got the old bait and switch for my monthly payment and then I cant get my full refund for my appraisal that I never had done. My monthly payment went up $135 than what I was quoted. so I decided to not go through with the loan. After that no one would call me back or even answer my calls. Its been over a month now and I'm still fighting to get my money back.
The originator and processor were excellent. They were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was able to negotiate certain fees for closing costs, got a great rate, and had a quick closing as promised up front. I highly recommend Loan Depot.
