I dont know how to add a half star but better than 80% is the truest score for the effort put forth in third process. Initially I was apprehensive but as the process moved forward the clear requests and direction made sense.The added time created real savings over the life of the loan in this case, which was the ultimate goal. Beware of this mortgage broker. Especially noteworthy is that they will retain your escrow funds for up to a month when you pay off your mortgage. Nobody could give me a reasonable answer when asked why that is. Not even the ************* held funds that long. This seems unreasonable business practice to me.

Horrible customer service, we've had our mortgage for approx. 2 years now, recently Loan Depot paid out over $12k through our escrow account by mistake. They then doubled our payments to cover these mistakes. 4 months of phone calls, promises of this will be taken care of answers to questions that are found to be false later. New customer service rep every time you call, you have to explain everything all over again. Sold my loan to a company that recently was ordered to pay out to many mortgage holders for not distributing property tax payments and forcing mortgage insurance on holders who should not have it. Shady business that does not care about the people they are supposed to support. They are only after your money.
