I very much liked the online process. The process was more than efficient. From the time we started the process to the time we finished the process, seemed like only a month maybe less. I expected it to take longer.

Loan officer was pushing me too much, telling me that I'm "making up a story" when I told him that other company beat his offer and even I sent him a proof of that he never apologized for calling me a liar. And after I told him that I'm choosing other company he said that I have to wait 2 weeks for my $500 appraisal deposit when from my end he didn't wait more than 5 minutes. Not good way to make business.
