I filled out some information online on a Tuesday about a cash out refi. ***** called me and took some basic information. He ran our credit and called back with a question. He said he would call back in 30 minutes, but I heard nothing despite leaving a voicemail and sending an email. On Thursday, I received an automated email asking us to sign disclosures and provide financial information.
