Loan Depot reached out to me in January. I worked with a rep, exchanging several emails and phone calls. I sent numerous documents, and was quoted a certain rate. Then the rep disappeared. I continued to try reaching the rep, with no success. Two months later, Loan Depot reached out again. This time it was a different rep. *** rep provided quotes that were 25% higher than previous quotes. Loan originator was trying just to sell me a loan. When I got all my terms they were not what we discussed. I canceled my loan and I would highly no recommend this company very shady.

Loan Depot is a great conpany that provides exccellentservice for mortgage loans. I got a affordable rate for my mortgage loan. I would recommend Loan Depot to anyone to finance or refinance their home. Personnel at Loan Depot are professional and patient.

They are obnoxious. I sent them an email on a Sunday to ask a question. Later that day they called me 8 times within a 3 hour time frame but I was busy and couldn't answer my phone. The next day they called me 5 times while I was working. Instead of leaving a message and letting me call back when I am able they have been nonstop calling me. I had to block their number and will not be doing business with them
