LoanDepot plays games to force us to make payment early. It changes the payment address and account number every month that maliciously delays bank payments. While payments are still delivered by due dates, they intentionally ignore the checks and charge late fees. It exhausted customers spend time setup new payment info every month to different branch offices within LoanDepot in order to train customers to pay extra early to avoid late fees and possibly for their amusement too.

I had a great refinancing experience with Loan Depot since I started the process. It was very concise and tight with one delay (few days) that I was given an early warning about it. Both my loan officer and loan advisor/specialist were very nice and professional persons.I want to recommend them for their responsiveness and professionalism, not to mention their nice web design and ease of use digital tools.

I never even asked them to refinance my house and they called me I told them I was already in process of refinancing and they kept calling and sending emails even after they said I was being rude and they kept going I'm sorry they obviously don't understand no for a answer
