I Apply for a Refinance Loan.I explain everything before applying They told me They could help me.Company pressure to Run Credit,Everything was fine,We did (2) Appraisal ,was $1000.Suddenly They can't help me any more .Waste of Time and Money Stay Away.

Helped with best loan/rate Paperwork process was simple Prompt, professional and friendly. Never felt like I was bothering anyone or being rushed off the phone. Everyone part of the process was simple & easy. From the first phone call with Chase, putting some things together with ****** and even the lovely notary who came into my home. She was on time, polite, and took every precaution considering these times. I am thinking about refinancing my 2nd home now.

What i liked about Loan Depot was the limited number of people I had to talk with. And they both always stayed in communication with each other. Didn't matter which one I posed my questions too. I would recommend them as first and final choice to do any refinancing with.

Just swtich to my loan to their company.They collect escrow and not pay Mt house insurance.And I don't know if they paid my tax or not. I call their customer care the girl answers my phone said that is not her problem. I need to contact my title company. I asked to talk to her manager. Her manager had my on hold for 40 min abs said he used that time to look up online. I asked him what he found. He said he can not find my house on county website.
