I wish I could give them negative stars. I would just like to talk to a manger or someone that can actually do something. I have spoken to 17 people. Every single one says they will find out more information and call me back. To date I person has actually called me back. To tell me she did not have a resolution and would call me back. Terrible experience!!!!Took forever and everyone must work when its convenient. They also quit and contact you from other mortgage companies. Then cancel the Loan Depot loan. What a joke!!

Very organized method of submitting documentation through the website. Loan officers were non-judgemental, courteous, and really wanted to help. The process took longer than I expected and so had to be proactive about what had to be paid off to keep from overpaying the creditors. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend LoanDepot to others!

Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge. Slow to return funds. Told at beginning of loan application the property type collected deposit for appraisal. After 2 weeks and approval we were told they dont finance this type of property. Took 2 1/2 weeks to start process to return deposit.

I'd like to make a complaint against LOANDEPOT.THIS company is totally relentless. In the past three months or more they have been calling me upwards of 5 to six times a day. when I don't answer, one would think they would get the message, I AM NOT INTERESTED! IF I NEEDED A LOAN, THIS COMPANY IF IT WAS THE LAST ONE OUT THERE, I WOULDN'T CALL THEM. I WOULD STARVE FIRST! Their practice of this annoying relentless calling is rude and un called for. Thank You as for a star rating I give it a 0!
