I have been trying to remove my PMI for 2 months, my loan to value is 75%. I have called and emailed. I have spoke with customer service who say they will have someone call me, which never happens!! I'm sick of them making me pay $300 plus a month on PMI and won't help take it off!

I am current customer. They missed payments to my insurance provider from my escrow account, so provider cancelled the policy. The customer service is really rude and unhelpful.Lost many hours of my time and peace of mind today trying to resolve this. Still unresolved.Stay away from this company.

When you refinance, make sure you get your loan fees terms straightened at the beginning and dont wait until loan documents are ready for final signatures..
