When I placed a cold call to Loan Depot to inquire about getting my home refinanced with a cash out option I was helped by courteous people that were glad to give me information without being assertive. I recommend this business.
I apply for refinance my house after 2 appraisals each time more than $1000.00 and all the paperwork that they asked for and credit score above 700 they approved me then they denied me because the company changed name on my payroll check. I wasted time and money dealing with them. I dont advice anybody to deal with them .

Sadly, I feel like I was baited in by a used car salesman then pawned off to another rookie. Neither of the two could answer the questions I posed to them so they simply ignored me until I began to escalate the issues. I finally reached two employees that actually had experience and took the time to try resolve my issues. Let me make this CLEAR NONE of the issues were on my end. I decided not to go with LoanDepot because of the handling of the agents. First, I was pressured to sign something immediately within a few hours or a day. It'd be fine if there is a legitimate reason to. But there isn't. The document clearly states that I have 5 days to decide.Ok. This is a sales person. He LIES to get sales. Let's say that I accept that. But what was worse was the handling of him responding to my questions.
