It started off awesome the loan officer was on top of his game but when my file went to the processor, things went south, lack of communication and wasn't getting timely responses. She was scrambling to get all the docs ready last minute, my closing date had to be moved out and it turned out to be a stressful situation. They finally came through 3 days later.
Everything went smoothly until it was time for closing, it took 3 attempts to finally close the loan the first 2 attempts were canceled at the last minute do to your employees incompetence, you cost me over $285 in lost wages to be available for a closing that I was informed was canceled after the scheduled closing appointment, the last minute cancellation of the second appointment cost me over $450 in extra mortgage interest payments, even I informed my mortgage team they suddenly went silent.
