This is the second time I used Loan Depot. Both times the whole process was fast and efficient. I particularly enjoyed the secure portal that made filling out forms , signing documents and uploading and downloading information, a breeze. I would recommend them if you are considering a refi or initial mortgage.**** C

From start to finish the whole process was extremely easy. Almost everything was handled via phone or computer. Being basically computer illiterate your ***************** walked me through the entire process. Very satisfied with the whole loan experience.

Working with Loan Depot for my refi was an easy process. They were upfront about all the costs and answered every question of mine. The process went almost seamless from start to finish. At one point I dont have some information that I wanted but my loan officer assured me it would be corrected at closing and she was right. I have referred several friends to them already.

Loan Depot was kind, clear, and responsive every step of the way in the loan process. I especially appreciated how gracious and clear they were when they answered my questions. I also appreciate how transparent they were about all the aspects of the loan. Definitely would work with ***** and the team at Loan Depot again, no question! I cannot say that for every lender I've worked with. :)
