They did an amazing job and they were very fast and efficient. ******* was very knowledgeable and wasted no time in processing my loan and ***** was very helpful as well. I would recommend them to anyone needing to refinance or get a home.

Loan Depots team worked hard on my closing and got me a great rate. However, educating and working with first time home buyers is not their strength. Because of a lack of effective communication, the closing was delayed, the appraisal was rushed, and the relationship between my loan officer and myself was stressed. Very unfortunate because outside of that, the portal is a great tool, the results of the transaction are good, and I am now a home owner.
Very fast and proficient. Had a great experience with the entire team from start to finish. Open line of communication and always told me where we were and weekly status until final closing. Thank you and great job.
