Loan Depot was great. I had 2 loans with them. Don't shop for a loan here! Did not have a good experience the 1st time and gave them a second chance. Same not impressed result. They do not have your best interest in mind when offering a loan. I have less than 19 years left on my curve current loan and was told that I could save the most money by taking out a 30 year mortgage. I sure could but at they going to waive the extra 11 years of mortgage payments I'll have to make??? I think not! The process was very easy. Tried to go through Suntrust and they told me that I didn't have enough equity in my home. Zillow clearly showed I did and LoanDepot agreed. It was fast and easy. I would have liked a little better communication after the loan closed, but that wasn't a big deal because of the fact that I had completed the transaction with and had a check in hand. LoanDepot did get back to me when I contacted them right away and helped me set up auto pay.Over all very happy with the service
