I was called to welcome me to Loan Depot, after which I was provided with useful information for going forward. Very helpful as questions I had about the process were answered before i even asked them.The loan processing was also very efficient. I always knew where I stood and what might have been needed at the timer.

This is my second time with loandepot - last time around was absolutely amazing.This time around Good team to work through the refi Responses to query - were in reasonable ******************* The final deal was amazing Closing was great Received last escrow check on time Unfortunately, this time loandepot forgot to turn off the automatic mortgage withdrawal - this caused a lot of difficult conversations and bank fees.And we are still waiting for the return of funds.We will still recommend loandepot for your mortgage and refi... read more

So nice I did it THRICE.....yes three times. They were super fast, assist me with items needed and very friendly. Even texted me to get the loan completed. In fact, all fees waived if you refinance again with them...best thing since wheat bread toasted with avocado an lime honey!

Awesome group of people! Loan Officer walked us through and explained everything, processing and OPS Manager got everything sent through very quickly, closed our loan very fast, I was very impressed. I know I emailed them a lot but they always responded. I'm not familiar with the process so I had a lot of questions, they were very patient and kind.

It is hard to get any response on what you. My loan process didn't went as expected, it is done but it is not a smooth process.
was very happy with loan depot within 15 minutes i was more less approved for my refinancing process.smooth sailing from the very beginning.they saved me $100.00's of dollars a month by pulling my second mortgage into one payment.Plus got a very low interest rate with my good credit score.took about 30 days to get all paper work signed and finalized.........thanks loan depot!!!
