Im extremely disappointed in the service Ive received since I closed on my loanin fact I have already sent a review to Loan Depot. Additionally, they asked if someone should follow up with me. This too , never occurred. Im more than happy to discuss the issues Ive had with anyone.

The Loan Officer was responsive and appreciated his support. The processor was abhorrent. Didnt return calls and gave incorrect information/dates The notary was great.

I was mislead totally by my agent Ravell.Was told in the beginning that everything look great and was given a fantastic offer however I tried to contact Ravell several time with questions and would get a response days later never addressing my question fully.I rece6a email stating that we were denied loan die to credit history so I emailed Ravell he had his manager call me who made several excuses and said that we can still proceed with the loan as nd that notice I received was standard and to consent to authorize for paymen... read more

*********************** and his team was very helpful when we decided to refinance our mortgage . They were very quick to answer questions at anytime and helped even outside of normal business hours. They made the whole process very easy and have recommended to my family for refinancing making us saving a lot of money. Hey my heart goes out to everyone who has had a bad experience with loan depot. As for me I really can not say the same because everything went as advertised to me. The process was easy, smooth, fast, and I received my funds all in about 30 days. If you have all your paperwork right and ready , this is no doubt the best way to go. I was able to do everything from the comfort of my ************* I've searched all around and there's no doubt left in my mind that Loan Depot was the best choice. I am truly satisfied Thanks LD.

I am a 100% Disabled Veteran, and I spent 30 minutes with LoanDepot Customer Service(We are # 1 in customer service-BS), to resolve my tax issues that I get an abatement of $1200.00 The ***************** has given me letter every year to give LoanDepot , and they continue to pay the full amount on my City taxes even though they are aware of my Disability (as the loan was based on my monthly payments (VA). What a disgrace, and I would recommend every veteran to seek a better mortgage company who appreciate our sacrifice *****... read more

worst refinance loan ever they took their time and the cost of interest from the previous lender just escalated to worst than is possible all cause they kept delaying the closure
