I had to go into forbearance because I lost my job due to covid. I get a new job and end my forbearance a fee months later... loandepot tells me I have to pay balance in full to not go into foreclosure. Every other thing that I have financed let's me make extra payments to catch up... loandepot won't let me I get further and further behind until I have the $6,000 lumps to pay them.

I am in the middle of refinancing my mortgage and can not get in contact with my loan officer or my loan processor. Its very disappointing that when they start your process they are attentive and always replying but once you are done they will not answer my calls,emails or text messages. Definitely would not recommend and will be transferring my loans somewhere else! Beware they run your credit without telling you!!!

NIGHTMARE!!! NIGHTMARE!!! NIGHTMARE experience . The whole process was with unknowledgeable none helpful unprofessionals. I wasnt given the best deal. I was taken advantage of.

I chose loanDepot because they had the best rate of five other lenders I considered, loanDepot offered the best rate with no points and provided lender credits to keep my costs down. The VA Refi with them went very well and was completed within 30-days of me agreeing to refi with them. Loan ******************************* told me one thing and turn me over to ****** Coil which led me on until I finally was forced to fortified my Refinance! Which cost me lot of time!I will never do business with the organization again!!!!

I had a bit of an unfortunate experience with LoanDepot. Their team did not seem to work as a team and the communication to me as the customer left a lot to be desired. They did have good individual performers like ********* Overall though, the refi put the burden of team communication in my hands and the resulting frustration drove me to start the process Better.com half way into my refi work with LoanDepot.
