This review is for re-finance. Our loan officer was really good being available and addressing all questions we had even out of business hours. This is our second time. Things went better and smoother since we knew what to expect.

My loan officer was excellent however, 72 hours before the property was going to close hey force me to take investment loan at a high interest rate and 20% down vs a lower interest-rate at 10% down. We are currently living in the house and it is certainly not an investment property. So not only did I have to come out of pocket more money Im paying a higher interest-rate. Terrible situation. Will never use LD again.

As seamless a process as could be. 100% online except for final signing with notary. Their rates were among the most competitive also. The workflow from agent to agent was fully communicated and went very quickly. I had no need to call in for status checks.Highly recommended to anyone with the requisite documents ready. From application to closing was just inside a month.

We have been very careful at every step, to be sure we are making the correct decision, and it must have been incredibly frustrating to watch from Henrys side of the phone line. But hes been very patient with us and a real trooper. Whatever the outcome of our loan, were very grateful for Loan Depots staffs terrific conduct throughout this entire process.
