Did a VA loan and everything started smoothly but when the closing date neared it started going downhill and my first time home buying experience wasn't as enjoyable. About a week from closing the loan officer informed me that after thinking she was done they needed more information which ended up delaying the closing that caused a domino affect of hardship for us. I asked for a equity refinance, I have had a loan with loan Depot. Never had a problem with my loan. I lowered my interest and paid everything else I had put into the ********* windows, 3 doors, new electrical circuit breaker panels. Now I only have a house payment. Will own the home in 8 years. Thanks to the Loan Depot people that helped me get this done.
