They are by far the most user friendly process with sending and refining info/disclosures in the portal.This transaction was smoothest we have experienced. Recently I refinanced my home from Loan Depot. I have very bad experience with refinance team - they are sweet talkers - sent more than 8 times Disclosures for signing - one day they sent 3 times - I don't get cooperation from their team - I sent emails and called them few times - they ignore me - they are negligent and careless. I'm very sad about their services.I don't want to recommend anyone for referral - I don't want to take their business in near future.

My experience with refinancing my home through Loan Depot was the best experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. The customer service was excellent and the refinance went through in a timely manner with no issues and no surprises. I highly recommend this company.

We did a refinance with Loan Depot. Every step of the process was explained and was very fast. The representative was very informative and went over several different loan plans.
