I had a pretty bad experience trying to get a loan from a big-bank during escrow. We were fortunate enough to get extra time from the seller to find a new lender. LoanDepot had a great process and easy to use web-application. They also underwrote and funded the loan in record time. My loan officer...was a total *pro* and he moved with speed, intention and had fantastic communication. Night and day from the service I got from the unnamed big bank. A+ service.
