The beginning process of refinancing and the website were/are excellent. Unfortunately, we did not get a very good loan agent. He was not proactive. He told us one thing about when we could stop paying our original mortgage and we received collection calls from that particular agency that forced us to pay the mortgage that month (even though we will receive the money back.) Initial interaction was great, but the one who took over (Nataly) was very poor at communicating. Never returned calls, and stated she would call me when the loan was deposited. She never returned calls or called me. The loan just "showed up".
