LoanDepot turned me down first time and then I received a call back a few days later and was told they found something that *** help me with a lower interest rate and slightly lower monthly mortgage paymentEverything was thoroughly explained and broken down for me to my satisfaction.Job Well Done for me

Process was good, but the rate was 1/4 higher than everyone else. I would recommend them for complex loans like a 203K, but not for a generic vanilla loan, due to the rate.
