The staff that I worked with were professional and courteous at all times. They moved things along swiftly and I was able to close in short time frame. There was some confusion regarding funds due to me after the closing and my concerns were met promptly. I would recommend LoanDepot to anyone.

I decided not to use loandepot and they had already taken over home insurance escrow and I lost my home owners insurance until I made many phone calls and days of worry until I straightened things out with insurance and mortgage holder. They caused me many days of anxiety and worry until I could sort things out.

Loan Depot is a company with a updated process. They have great technology to aid in getting a loan approved.The 21st century techology cuts down on time and paper load. The representatives' are knowledgeable and they are a welcoming change to other companies where each department functions independently. When a team member has information on the entire process involved in 0btaining a loan is great.

My wife started working with a lender Friday( *************************). He stated that the loan had been approved and just needed me to eSign. I work over the road as a truck driver that's how I for my family. Long story short Tuesday came around, not even three business days later. He texts my wife that the deal had fell through. Goes into a rant about how she wasted his time. How she should have signed for me.
