We were very pleased with LoanDepot. The gentleman that started the refinancing processes with us was very knowledgeable & helpful. If we had any questions he returned our calls or emails promptly. It was then turned over to a loan ************* was just as helpful. Both were very professional good at getting back to us in a timely fashion. We were told how long it would take until we went to closing & they were pretty much spot on. The experience we had was a good one. We would highly recommend LoanDepot to anyone
