Started the process to do a refinance July 10th. I provided all requested documents within a timely manner; due to no fault of my own and lack of internal communication, loan was declined in error by their compliance ***** A new loan was created. I was told that I only had to pay $21.70. I approved that amount only to later get an alert from my bank that $495 had been taken. Loandepot does not just look at the money aspect, they actually look at the person attached to the loan in its entirety. This detail makes them unique in refinancing. I'll never go to anyone else's when it comes to refinancing/ purchasing a home.

Worst **************** ever. For weeks trying to get a Supervisor to talk to. They do not allow you to talk to one when you call. They say one will call in 24 to 48 hrs but they never call. IF your lucky one calls when your not home even when you tell them the time to call and they leave the generic phone number and the process starts ALL OVER no Supervisor to talk to!If you try to refinance once they get permission to run credit they run and start everything and send emails but no one will talk to you. Complete waste of time to apply for mortgage with Loan Depot. Sounds like the callers operate from a "boiler room" and have to make a minimum number of "cold" calls to earn their keep. Don't bother to reply!
