Great application process, not so good with the closing process. The person I worked with during the application was great. ****** was clear and organized. When I got to the closing part, my closing was pushed back until the third time. There was a lot of last minute documents needed that should have been disclosed before the last minute.

It was a complicated mortgage. The loan officer was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain our various options. During the process we changed our minds on the terms of our mortgage. He was patient and supportive during it all.

LoanDepot is the worst mortgage company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They have absolute horrendous customer service.During my recent purchase; my loan officer failed to enter all of my information which resulted in a pre approval to purchase immediately. After our offer was accepted the loan officer called back to check on everything. ******* was great! When I had questions about the process she kept in contact with me all the way. Very, very smooth transaction! I wanted to take out a little money to fix up the house and refi was complete in less than 30 days especially when I've heard of taking up to 90 days . Definetely recommend LoanDepot. Thank you!

Jae Ro is seriously the best! He is a wonderful loan consultant. I hardly ever write reviews but I couldnt wait to write this one. We initially contacted Jae in December of 2020 to obtain a pre-approval letter because we were house shopping. He provided the letter the same day we contacted him. Worse customer service, EVER ! I have been trying since April to have a double payment, taken out of my bank account returned. I have talked to 8 different customer service reps, that have all told me to expect a check, in the mail, in 7 to 10 days. No check. When I talked to ****** today, she told me that my loan had been transferred to another company, and I would have to call them to get my money returned, REALLY, the customer service reps at ********************** have no clue of how to do there jobs.
