Loan Depo was a bad experience they ran my credit more then the proper time frame and held me up in closing and allowed the date to expire and still took forever to secure the rate .so I canceled loan depot and went with quicken loan the refinance was approved and closed in 4wks tops. U won't refer my enemy to loan depot their inconsistent with communication and don't put out the product the advertise

The entire refinance had some hiccups from the payoff side, overall better than expected! Everyone at LoanDepot was 10/10, I can honestly say the only reason I am writing this review is because of how happy I was with the company.
