They are very optimistic and responsive before you sign up for a loan.... once you are in it things get progressively slower and less rosey... my appraisal was only $2K less than expected but the fees increased by several thousand and cash out decreased by about $5K... Huh? slow disbursement of funds ... it has been 2 weeks since close and not all payments made! No call backs from supervisors... I feel very much like a number ( and not a very good number) Be careful folks
