Everyone was really great to work with. Professional and friendly and were determined to get us the best rate possible. The process however was longer than they told me at first. I was told the process would take 3 to 4 weeks and was 8 weeks. Which was fine for us. Overall, a pleasant experience. I will be working with them in the future and will refer anyone who asks.

For the most part great service. Some of the closing documents and costs were vague and estimates were fairly far off from the actuals.
