It was complicated as I was working on refinancing more than one investment property and after all the kinks were worked out it was a success.

Agree with others that the service was outstanding but due to lower interest rates overwhelming the staff that they have. The only real negative was the processing company wasn't local and the closing company wasn't either and I live the ******* Area.
