I was particularly impressed with the loan officer. He was patient in answering any and all questions or misunderstandings. Whatever Loan Depot pays their loan officer, I would say that it is not enough. Our loan officer made immediate call backs whenever we had a question. However, I could not give the same evaluation for the appraiser. I felt the appraiser was the polar opposite of the loan officer. He was aloof and indifferent. Very satisfied with the team's professional, knowledgeable, and friendly mortgage process. All my questions were answered, communication was great, the office staff was very easy to work with- they worked with my financial advisor, my realtor, and my escrow team and my home purchase went without a hitch. ***** G I have been through many finance/refinance processes. This refinance went very smooth from loan approval, processing, and funding approval. I would go through it again with Loan Depot.

I have been very pleased with Loan Depot. I have used the company twice for refinancing our home and I received excellent customer service both times. The cost was very competitive and the website was user friendly. I was also able to schedule an evening appointment for our closing; the notary public came to our house with all the necessary paperwork at a time when my husband and I were both available.

CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE!It's been 3 weeks and Have NEVER received copies of the paperwork we signed,despite asking for it from both LoanDepot and the *************** The Closing / ************** they chose was even worse, It took 4 attempts to complete the signing with the correct paperwork, This delay resulted in my current bank paying Taxes and Insurance from my escrow account, the amounts Loan depot had added to the loan, and now I am waiting to see if/when I will be reimbursed the amount allocated to Taxes and Insurance.If I... read more

was a good experience for refi, took a little time but was worth it. upfront about loan fees etc. would recommend over quick way
