I made it clear to the representative I spoke on the initial e-mail that I would contact him should I decide to move forward with that company. Very professional, knowledgeable and worked very well to get the loan from application to funding in a minimal amount of time. Responded to my questions promptly. Their dashboard is very well designed and customer friendly.
I was very impressed at how efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful ***************** was on the phone. He took the time to explain veruthing and addressed all concerns. He made recommendations that we are very happy with and would never have thought of otherwise. This is our second time refinancing, first was with a local lender and the ongoing process wasn't as exceptional as the service we have been receiving from ***** and ****.
