Fantastic service, excellent communication, great/professional personnel, and very easy to do business with them.
I could not have asked for a better place to get a loan.
Everyone was very friendly. The process was painless, but we were not told about the $18.00 fee that my bank charged for the wire transfer. when I emailed the processor she told me to call my bank and request a refund. It is not the bank's fault. Your company has done thousands of these refinancing transaction, and I'm sure someone would have known that a wire transfer was not free. I think Loan Depot should refund me the $18.00 since I was never told this!!
Process was very quick and efficient. They walked me through unfamiliar emailing and esigning. I learned a lot. Thanks everyone
Harassed me via email and text after I declined to provide my SSN and clearly advised them that I would not apply due to their high fixed lender fees. I never provided SSN but they just sent me an application via **** with my full SSN printed on it. Since I wasnt expecting anything sensitive in the mail, imagine if that had been delivered to the wrong address?Would not recommend even inquiring with this lender. Their fee structure is higher than anything I have seen on the market and they will not accept no for an answer.

I have refinanced a home 4 times in my lifetime but nothing like the service I got from Loan Depot. Quick, efficient, fair and trustworthy is what or how I would describe my experience. I also think the terms were more than acceptable. Go Loan Depot.
Loan Depot Outstanding, professional service! On time and great communication. Sent us an update video communication each Friday during the process in addition and great personal customer service. We have bought and sold 14 homes in the past and this transaction was by far the best ever! I will always use Loan Depot in the future!
